Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:

- All activities carried out through your account, whether with or without your knowledge
- Notify ff16 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Ensure your account information is always kept up to date and accurate
Ff16 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Users are strongly advised to use a strong password and never share their account details with anyone.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree not to use the ff16 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these terms. The following activities are strictly forbidden:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or interact with the platform without ff16's written authorisation
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ff16's systems, servers, or databases
- Disrupting or compromising the integrity or performance of the platform
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party
- Using a false identity or misleading information during registration or transactions
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through the platform
- Abusing any promotion, bonus, or special offer in a manner contrary to the original intent of that offer
Ff16 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the ff16 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking through FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Important information regarding financial transactions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy, which can be reviewed within the user's account
- Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the payment method selected
- Ff16 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements
- Any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user
- Ff16 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third-party systems or technical issues beyond the platform's control
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate. Any losses resulting from incorrect information are solely the user's responsibility.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Liability Limits
Ff16 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ff16 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised access by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ff16 platform — including logos, trademarks, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of ff16 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from ff16.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ff16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Valid balances in accounts terminated for non-fraud-related reasons will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is concluded.

The ff16 platform may contain references to third-party services. ff16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ff16 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and all disputes relating to the use of the ff16 platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
